French Canadian Pancakes

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, sift dry ingredients together.
  2. Beat eggs into melted butter.
  3. Add milk and egg mixture to dry ingredients, then mix together (the mixture may be a little lumpy).
  4. Cook the pancakes in a skillet on medium heat until bubbles appear on the uncooked side, then turn over to cook the other side.
