Paella
Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- olive oil
- pepperoni
- shrimp
- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- rice
- 1 cup water
- ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- paellero seasoning
- 1 boiled egg
Directions
- Saute onion and garlic in olive oil
- Add pepperoni, shrimp, paellero seasoning, and tomato paste
- Take out pepperoni and shrimp and set aside
- Add cooked rice, water, ground black pepper, and sugar
- Add bouillon to the rice mixture
- Add the pepperoni and shrimp on top of the rice and covered until water is evaporated
- Turn off heat and add slices of boiled eggs and lemon and cover

Serving Suggestion: Add crushed pork rinds on top
