Carrot Soup
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs onion, coarsely chopped
- 3 lbs carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp medium rajah curry powder
- 3 tbsp chicken bouillon
- 1 lbs potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 cups water
Directions
- Fry the onions in a pot until brown
- Add the remaining ingredients to the pot
- Bring to the boil, then simmer until carrots and potatoes are cooked
